Electric heater of transmission lines is considered to be one of the most common and widely used heating equipment for all types of fluids. The integrated structure and variety of production (construction dimensions, material, production power and working voltage) as well as the ability to be widely used in industrial processes made it the most demanded for heating all types of fluids in transmission lines.

Electric heater of transmission lines consists of two parts.

Other type of electrical heaters is cast-in circulation. It has a more complex technology and manufacturing process than other electrical thermal equipment.

This equipment consists of three parts.

  • Coil

which after the combination of different parts is integrated with molten aluminum.

The user of this special fluid heating equipment and process is different. These fluids should not be in direct contact with the electric heater and the temperature will increase over a certain period of time.
