Mabnapisheh Company was founded in 1980 by starting its activity in producing electrical heaters.
The company has started its activity on production of domestic and small industrial heating elements. Relying on effort, research and accessing the knowledge of day, our main activity was focused on producing Industrial heating elements based on industrial developments and our country’s needs and nowadays, Mabnapisheh Company, as the only Iranian designer and manufacturer of industrial electrical heaters in Middle East, with more than 4 decades of experience has raised.
Proudly; in 1999, based on our R&D unit and in order to meet customers and infrastructure industries needs, Mabnapisheh has succeeded to produce cartridge(replaceable) tubular heating elements as the second global manufacturer.
In vision of Mabnapisheh managers R&D unit has always been linked with the concept of innovation. In other words, establishment of R&D unit purpose, was to embed an official structure with the aim of increasing innovation in company.
Due to our long-term goals and policies; In 2019, Mabnapisheh has succeeded to receive the certification of explosion-proof equipment with Exd protection class; which is approved by European Union for designing and manufacturing electrical heaters used in hazardous environments by relying on continuous efforts of our R&D team.
For maximum market uptake of different types of explosion-proof electrical heaters; In 2022, Mabnapisheh R&D unit succeeded to receive certification of explosion-proof equipment with Exde and Exe protection class; which is approved by European Union for designing and manufacturing electrical heaters used in hazardous environments, due to extensive need of industries, especially energy and infrastructure industries. By adding these certificates to the positive background of Mabnapisheh, most of the required explosion-proof electrical heaters for industries, especially energy industries (oil, gas, refining and petrochemical) are designed and manufactured in our company, In accordance with the latest European standards.
Mabnapisheh company has achieved a significant position in industries, especially oil, gas, refining and petrochemical which has been implemented by employment of graduates from well-known universities. Meanwhile we have applied the knowledge of young Iranian specialists in order to decrease dependence from foreign countries and to ease access during major repairs and maintenance of electrical heaters in safe and hazardous environments with the aim of reducing costs and maximization of self-sufficiency in different stages such as design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
Mabnapisheh name is registered in supplier list (vendor list) of more than 180 reputable domestic companies active in infrastructure industries, especially energy industries (oil, gas, refining and petrochemical).
It should be kept in mind that Mabnapisheh company, other than providing and achieving the goals that were briefly mentioned above, in order to gain a better progress in his goals and improvement and continuation of product quality, the IMS certificate ( Integrated Management System ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and its continuity, as well as in order to strictly implement the quality issues of the products, it has obtained the “Quality Assurance” certificate of the manufactured products.
